Whether you ordered our oversized t-shirts, premium hoodies, trendy streetwear, or minimal fashion apparel, we aim to give you the best shopping experience in India. If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s size, design, or a rare defect—we’re here to make the return, refund, or exchange process quick and simple.
1. Eligibility
You can request a return, refund, or exchange if:
- You received the wrong streetwear product or size.
- Your oversized tee, hoodie, or sweatshirt arrived damaged or defective.
- You need to exchange for a different size (same design, subject to availability).
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items bought during sale, clearance, or discount offers.
- Custom-printed or personalized designs.
- Worn, washed, or damaged products not caused by delivery issues.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Chat on WhatsApp (8208066100) with your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
5. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability for oversized streetwear products.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If we sent the wrong item or your product is damaged, we cover return shipping.
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers bear the shipping cost.
